Pat Wilson se lo monta por su cuenta

El batería de Weezer publicará su primer álbum con su formación paralela

Pat Wilson, batería de Weezer, sigue con su actividad al frente de su "otra" formación, The Special Godness. Este grupo está formado por el propio Wilson como cantante y guitarrista y Atom Willard (de Rocket From The Crypt) en la batería.

El grupo publicará el próximo 4 de marzo en Estados Unidos su álbum de debut a pesar de que la formación se creó en 1998. El título del disco será Land, Sea, Air, que ha sido producido por Chad Bamford quien ha trabajado como ingeniero de sonido de Weezer.

The Special Godness tienen previsto probar sus nuevos temas en una actuación el próximo 13 de diciembre en Seattle, y pretender realizar una gira por Estados Unidos en marzo si antes logran fichar un bajo permanente para la formación.

Guns n´Roses vuelven a los escenarios

El grupo de Axl Rose actuó en Las Vegas

Guns n´Roses terminaron el 2001 sobre los escenarios con dos actuaciones consecutivas en el Hard Rock Cafe de Las Vegas el pasado sábado 29 de diciembre y el domingo 30. Como no podía ser de otra forma no faltó la polémica, ya que en el segundo de los conciertos le fue negada la entrada al que fuera guitarrista de la legendaria banda, Slash.

El repertorio de la actuación se basó fundamentalmente en canciones de su etapa más exitosa dejando a un lado sus nuevas composiciones.

El Grandes Éxitos de Smashing Pumpkins incluye un disco adicional en una edición limitada.

El 19 de noviembre es la fecha de salida del esperado Grandes Éxitos con el que se despiden Smashing Pumpkins. Muzikalia ya ha informado del nuevo proyecto del líder de la banda, Billy Corgan, que lleva el nombre de Zwan.

El Grandes Éxitos lleva por nombre "Rotten Apples" e incluye en edición limitada "Judas 0", con canciones inéditas y caras-B. Asimismo, editan el mismo día un DVD de este disco, con extras en forma de documentales, videos y demás material jugoso.
