Colin, de MHS, habla del que será el nuevo álbum de la banda en la página oficial del grupo (www.mullhistoricalsociety.com). Las canciones ya están acabadas y solo falta decidir cuales formarán parte del que será su segundo trabajo, que se llamará «Us» y que sucederá al magnífico «Loss». El artista se muestra orgulloso de sus nuevas composiciones pero prefiere no hablar de ellas para que sea la gente quien las juzgue al escucharlas. En enero, entrarán en el estudio a grabar.
Aquí tienes un fragmento de la nota de Colin:
«I»ve finished recording the songs for the album. There»s 30 or so tracks. I still have some final mixing to do, which will be done at the end of July after my American promo trip and T in the Park. Started recording in the studio back in January, taking weeks here and there since then, inbetween touring etc. I wrote some of the songs last year on tour and wherever else i was. And some of the tracks are much more recent, coming together as i worked in the studio. I feel I»ve moved on positively from «Loss». I»m really excited with it all and how it all sounds. I think this is the best group of songs I»ve written/produced. Just need to decide which ones go on. Nice to have it all out of the head. The album will be called «Us».
