In Honor: A Compilation to Beat Cancer, editado por el sello Vagrant, es el resultado de una idea de Timmy Hansell, empleado del sello, que perdió a su madre debido a un cáncer.
Esta dolorosa pérdida ha dado pie a este doble recopilatorio, cuyas ventas irán repartidas a partes iguales en 2 funcionaciones que luchan contra ésta enfermedad: Syrentha Savio Endowment (SSE) y The Sean McGrath Fund.
La primera fue creada por el conócido fotógrafo Mark Beemer, que perdió a su esposa por un cáncer de mama, y la segunda es la fundación creada para ayudar a Sean McGrath, ex-bajista de Saves The Day, y miembro de Hands Tied, Mouthpiece o The Alps. Éste miembro de la escena hardcore de New York no pudo vencer su lucha contra la enfermedad, y falleció el pasado 11 de Junio a la edad de 28 años.
